Justin Rattigan

Justin Rattigan serves as General Counsel for Bain Capital, Bain Capital Crypto, and Bain Capital Ventures, a role held since March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Cooley LLP from October 2017 to March 2022 and as a Summer Associate at the same firm in mid-2016. Additional legal experience includes clerking in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and in the Civil Division at the United States Attorney's Office during 2015. Justin Rattigan founded Retail Brains and FindAPro.com, holding CEO and founder roles from 2011 to 2015 and 2008 to 2011, respectively. Earlier in the career, Justin held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Solid Cactus from 2004 to 2008. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University.
