Megan Panzer Kageleiry

Megan Panzer Kageleiry currently serves as the Head of People Strategy & Operations and Head of Talent Strategy & Operations at Bain Capital Ventures since January 2022. Prior to this role, Megan held multiple leadership positions at Thumbtack from November 2018 to December 2021, including Director of Talent & People Operations and Head of Talent Operations. Earlier in Megan's career, talent operations roles were held at Salesforce and MuleSoft, with the latter position stemming from Salesforce's acquisition of MuleSoft. Additionally, from 2014 to 2018, Megan worked at Boston Consulting Group, advancing from Recruiter to Recruiting Manager. Starting in the professional journey at Rue La La as a Buyer in Jewelry and Watches from 2011 to 2014, Megan holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from Bates College.
