Ron Miasnik

Ron Miasnik is a seasoned professional in the technology and venture capital sectors, currently serving as a Principal at Bain Capital Ventures since 2023. Previously, Ron held the position of CEO at Duality Labs in 2022, which became a Bain Capital incubation project with acquisition in December 2023. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Ron co-founded and led Adora, a SaaS company acquired in January 2021. Ron's experience also includes roles as Chief of Staff at Aleph and Venture Partner at Contrary, along with various product-related positions at Microsoft, Houzz, and JFrog. Ron's career began with a humanitarian role at Save the Children International in 2017. Ron holds a BA in Computer Science from Princeton University.
