Amy Liddy

Amy Liddy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director of European Special Situations at Bain Capital since November 2023, Amy Liddy has also contributed as a Board Trustee and Chair of the finance, audit, and risk committee at Galapagos Conservation Trust since June 2022. Previously, Amy held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer at Away Resorts Ltd from April 2023 to November 2023, and served as Global Finance Director at The Body Shop from July 2018 to December 2022. With a strong background in corporate turnaround and restructuring through tenures at Alvarez & Marsal and AlixPartners, as well as corporate finance at Deloitte UK, Amy Liddy brings a wealth of expertise to the finance sector. Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, alongside a Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
