Larissa Quinn

Larissa Quinn is an experienced professional in the fields of private equity, corporate strategy, and marketing, currently serving as an Operating Partner at Bain Capital since March 2022. Previously, Larissa held roles at Boston Succession Capital, where Larissa was the Founder, and at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where Larissa served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and VP of Marketing & Strategy, Away from Home. Prior to this, Larissa worked at McKinsey & Company in various capacities, including Associate Principal and Engagement Manager. Larissa's early career includes a summer fellowship at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts as well as an associate position at Audax Group, where Larissa focused on middle market private equity. Larissa holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University.
