Subodh Kesri

Subodh Kesri joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is a Managing Director on the Insurance team and has more than 15 years of experience investing in the insurance industry.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Subodh was Head of M&A, Reinsurance and Corporate Development at Prosperity Life Insurance Group. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Vice President at Black Diamond Capital Partners, where he led insurance deal pricing and portfolio monitoring.
