Thilo Steube

Thilo Steube has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as an HR Operations Senior Associate at Bain Capital since June 2019, following a role as HR Operations Associate. Prior experience includes a position in media and research at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising from January 2010 to August 2017, as well as various contractor roles at Guerlain, Selective Beauty, and Louis Vuitton in 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Thilo worked as an Assistant Production Manager at Tanner Krolle from 2005 to 2007 and had earlier experiences in finance and credit control at adviqo AG and events and marketing at the German American Chamber of Commerce. Thilo holds a BA (Hons) in European Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, obtained in 2004.
