Connor Simpson

Connor Simpson is a Manager at Bain & Company since August 2021, specializing in growth strategy, tech strategy, operations transformation, and operating model development. Previously, Connor served as Chief Operating Officer at The Access Project during an externship from Bain & Company, overseeing the Strategy, Finance, and Operations department. From August 2016 to August 2021, Connor held various positions at Willis Towers Watson, including Strategy and Impact Director and Senior Associate, focusing on people and reward strategy, product strategy, inclusion and diversity, and change management.
