Cory Boles is an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, with extensive experience in management consulting specializing in performance improvement, implementation, and organizational design across various industries including industrials, banking, and utilities. Boles has been involved in notable projects that have driven significant net income improvements for clients, including mining performance enhancements and banking back-office reorganizations. Prior to Bain, Boles worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Business Analyst, where substantial cost-saving models were developed for government agencies. Boles holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of British Columbia, complemented by educational experiences at Copenhagen Business School and the University of Victoria.
