Deanna Smeltz

Deanna Smeltz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategy, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Americas Operations & Strategy at Bain & Company since September 1995. Smeltz's career at Bain includes progressive roles such as Senior Director and Director in consulting operations, as well as a background in talent and operations management. Prior to Bain, Smeltz worked as an Account Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation from 1989 to 1993. Smeltz holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors in Marketing from the University of Manitoba.
