Dhruvi Jain

Dhruvi Jain is a Consultant at Bain & Company, having progressed from the role of Associate Consultant since July 2021. Prior experience includes a Project Management Internship at Aditya Birla Group, where notable achievements involved designing and implementing an Omnichannel Project for Pantaloons, resulting in significant cost savings and improved logistics during the COVID-19 lockdown. Earlier, Dhruvi served as a Business Development Manager at Rolling Banners, successfully executing a large-scale retail branding project and enhancing the company's marketing strategies. Academically, Dhruvi holds a dual Master's in Management from ESCP Business School and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, as well as a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
