Jag Murubaya is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the JAPAC Head for Experienced Talent Recruiting at Bain & Company since April 2019, Jag has previously held senior roles at Space Executive and ReThink Recruitment, focusing on technology and change recruitment across various sectors. Prior experience includes consultancy in finance and accounting at BSM Associates, specializing in sourcing professionals for financial services, as well as IT recruitment for the insurance sector at HFG Insurance Recruitment. Early career experience features a role as a Merchandising and Buying Assistant at Marks and Spencer. Jag holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication from London Metropolitan University and a BA in English from Loughborough University.
