Jillian Fernhomberg

Jillian Fernhomberg has extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership recruiting, having held several positions at Bain & Company from October 2018 to December 2023, including Director of Americas Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Leadership Recruiting and Director of Leadership Recruiting. Prior to Bain & Company, Jillian worked at Heidrick & Struggles from October 2013 to September 2018, where roles included Engagement Manager and Associate. Jillian began a career at Deloitte Consulting as a Human Capital Consulting Analyst from August 2012 to October 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a focus on Economics, Managerial and Organizational Behavior, and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
