Joel Hintsa

Joel Hintsa is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company since June 2022. Prior to this role, Joel participated as a Career Prep Fellow at Management Leadership for Tomorrow from February 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, Joel worked as a Program Manager for Project Destined between August and November 2021 and completed internships at PNC as a Corporate and Institutional Banking Intern in the summer of 2021 and as a Commercial Real Estate Intern for Project Destined from January to April 2021. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University, where studies were completed from 2018 to 2022.
