Justin Kutsor

Justin Kutsor is an incoming Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company as of October 2023 and serves as Vice President and Cofounder of the Business Intelligence Academy, where efforts are focused on training new members in data science and business skills. In addition, Justin is currently the Social Chair at Illinois Consulting Academy and holds the position of Vice President - External for Alpha Delta Phi International Fraternity, overseeing various events while managing a budget of around $30,000 each semester. Previous experience includes internships at Hourglass Medical and The Second Mountain, LLC, where research and due diligence were performed, respectively, as well as consulting work with OTCR Consulting on marketing strategies and supplier diversity initiatives. Justin's professional journey began with an internship in data analysis and inventory management at Clay Monet. Kutsor is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in May 2025.
