Kate Brenton is an experienced professional in talent management and operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Vector Talent & Operations for EMEA at Bain & Company. Previously, Kate held key roles in talent management, including Director of Talent Management and Senior Manager of Talent & Development at Delta Partners. Kate started as a Graduate Management Trainee at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, progressing to Learning & Development Manager and Training Manager.
