Kenji Govaers

Kenji Govaers is an experienced advisory partner at Bain & Company, where involvement began in September 2009, progressing to senior partner and heading the Consumer Product and Retail practices until 2021. Kenji also holds key roles including membership in the Global Compensation and Promotion committee and leadership as the Global Head of New Partner training. Prior to Bain & Company, Kenji served as Executive Vice-President at Mars & Co., starting in 1990 and contributing significantly to the firm's expansion in Asia by opening offices in San Francisco, Tokyo, and Shanghai. Kenji holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from ESCP Business School, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
