Lindsey Naylor

Lindsey Naylor is a Partner at Bain & Company since October 2021, previously holding the same title at Oliver Wyman from September 2005 to July 2021. At Oliver Wyman, Lindsey led various initiatives including a legal entity and booking model review for a global bank, establishing a Market Risk remediation PMO for a US bank, and executing a front-to-back remediation program for an emerging markets bank. Additionally, Lindsey conducted a strategic review related to MiFID II for a global investment bank. As an advocate for gender diversity, Lindsey serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Women of Oliver Wyman (WOW) in London. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge and has additional academic experience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
