Maxime Pourrat

Maxime Pourrat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business and concept development within the Food and Beverage industry, currently serving as Partner at F+B Consulting International since July 2019 and Managing Partner at Lhotse Advisors since October 2020. Previous roles include VP of Sourcing and Sustainability at ebp Global, Strategic Advisor and Head of Asia-Pacific at Tech Nation, and Bain External Advisor focused on sustainability issues. As Managing Director APAC at Winnow from 2015 to 2020, Maxime successfully deployed and managed operations across 14 countries, achieving significant growth. Prior to this, experience includes project leadership at Caterpillar Inc., investment associate roles at Origo Partners Plc, and founding team member at TheCreator.ME.
