Natalya Whitla

Natalya Whitla currently serves as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company since January 2024, following a role as a Research Assistant at Ivey Business School where extensive research on the 2022 Hockey Canada Scandal was conducted. Previous experience includes roles at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant Intern and at Accenture as a Consulting Summer Analyst. Natalya has also contributed as a Pro-bono Consultant for the Ivey Community Consulting Project, assisting the Sick Kids Foundation with strategic marketing research, and has a background in fundraising, authoring successful grant proposals for Ensibuuko. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Integrated Engineering and an Honors Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School.
