Oleg Kazantsev

Oleg Kazantsev is an experienced professional in the fields of product management and data analytics. Currently serving as a Manager for TSG Product Management at Bain & Company since November 2024, Oleg plays a key role as the product owner for API & Data Integration, representing the customer perspective within the TSG Data & Analytics team. Prior to this, Oleg worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Launch Consulting Group, where significant contributions were made to a major US financial institution's Data & Analytics division, specifically in revitalizing a risk management program. Oleg's career began at Accenture, where a range of roles from Junior Application Developer to Application Development Team Lead were undertaken, focusing on Java, .NET development, and SAS data analytics. Oleg holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Far Eastern State Transport University and further pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Fiction Writing at Columbia College Chicago.
