Pooja Sharma

Pooja Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as a Manager at Bain & Company since September 2020, Pooja has progressed through various roles including Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Junior Consultant. Prior to Bain & Company, Pooja was an Elected Member of the Alumni Committee at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and completed a Summer Analyst position at Goldman Sachs, which led to a Pre-Placement Offer. Pooja's earlier experience includes working as an Analyst at Deloitte India, focusing on digital marketing strategy and project management, as well as internships at Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited. Pooja earned a Post Graduate Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and holds an Engineer’s Degree in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University.
