Richard Henry

Richard Henry has extensive experience in financial management, beginning as UK Country Controller at Carphone Warehouse from April 2008 to October 2010, where responsibilities included managing the property's accounting and facilitating the transfer of shared services. From November 2010 to July 2023, Richard served as Finance Manager at ERM, overseeing financial accounting, reporting, and FP&A for twelve entities in Northern Europe and managing several finance functions. Following this role, Richard worked as F&A Manager for Safilo from November 2023 to August 2024 and is currently a Senior Manager, Revenue at Bain & Company. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with a 2.1 from the University of Liverpool and is a qualified CGMA, ACMA through CIMA.
