Sanya Rajani

Sanya Rajani is an accomplished professional currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Bain Vector, where Sanya leads global operations for a diverse team focused on innovation and digital product development. Prior experience includes co-founding and acting as COO of Radius Agent, a tech-enabled real estate brokerage. Sanya has also contributed to KIPP Public Schools Northern California as Strategy & Operations Manager and gained valuable experience at Bridge International Academies and Bain & Company in various roles. Sanya's career began at Citi as an Analyst in Investment Banking. Sanya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Business Administration and Management, Finance, from Carnegie Mellon University.
