Valentin Cogels

Valentin Cogels is a Partner and EMEA Regional Practice Lead for Innovation & Design at Bain & Company since March 2021, where collaborative efforts focus on transforming strategy into innovative business solutions that drive growth. Previously, Valentin served on the Board of AVIV Group from January 2019 to December 2020, contributing to one of the world’s largest digital classified players. Additionally, from May 2018 to December 2020, Valentin held the position of Non-Executive Board Member at Emakina, a prominent European digital agency. As CEO of Immoweb from October 2016 to December 2020, Valentin led one of Belgium's most visited digital platforms. Between September 2014 and September 2016, Valentin was the Group CEO of Victoria Company, a successful direct-to-consumer jewelry enterprise. Valentin holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from INSEAD and a degree in economics from UCLouvain.
