Kelly Cancialosi

Kelly Cancialosi is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate law and general counsel services. Currently serving as Principal at Cancialosi Corporate Law Group PLLC since 2013, Kelly assists both legal departments of large corporations and emerging companies. Kelly is also a School Board Director for District 1, having been appointed in April 2023 and subsequently elected in November 2023. Previous roles include attorney positions at Avalara, SFN Group, Edmonds & Co., and The Children's Place, where Kelly handled a variety of corporate legal matters, including contract negotiation and compliance. Kelly began the legal career at Greenberg Traurig, LLP as a Corporate & Securities Associate. Kelly earned a J.D. with honors from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
