Henrena Brunson

Henrena Brunson, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of DEI, Culture, and Talent Development at Bainum Family Foundation since May 2013, holding various roles including Senior Manager of Equity, Inclusion and Human Resources Operations, Benefits & Wellness Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Henrena worked at Adventist HealthCare from 2011 to 2012 as a Grant Writer/Grants Program Specialist, overseeing grant management for multiple entities. Experience also includes five years at Home Instead Senior Care as Human Resources Manager, where comprehensive HR strategies were implemented. Additional roles included Human Resources Coordinator and Administrative Services Coordinator at the same organization, and earlier positions at CSAAC, Artemis Financial, and AmeriDebt, Inc. Henrena holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
