Jennifer Crilly

Jennifer Crilly is a Coastal Engineer at Baird & Associates since May 2014, having previously held the position of Engineer in Training. Jennifer's early career involved roles in customer service and engineering, including experience as a Student Support Staff at Queen's School of Business, where Jennifer facilitated group activities for students, and as a Junior Engineer in Training at Hydro-Systems Consulting, where Jennifer conducted a pressure and fire flow analysis for a subdivision. Prior to these roles, Jennifer served as a Customer Care Representative at Maple Ridge Community Management Ltd, developing strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment. Jennifer holds a Master of Marine Science and Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, along with coursework at Lund University.
