Sahar Haddadian, PhD, P.E., CFM, is a Coastal/Water Resources Engineer at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sahar worked as a Coastal Hydraulic Engineer Intern III and completed a Coastal Engineer Intern II position at Cummins Cederberg - Coastal & Marine Engineering, focusing on coastal engineering analysis and numerical modeling with MIKE software. Sahar's academic journey includes serving as a Teacher/Research Assistant at Louisiana State University, conducting fluid mechanics instruction and research on turbidity currents, complemented by a civil engineering internship at The Water Institute of the Gulf. Earlier experience includes research at the University of Tehran on dam break flow modeling and an engineering internship developing CAD products. Sahar holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Coastal Engineering from Louisiana State University, a Master's degree in Hydraulic Engineering from the University of Tehran, and a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Tabriz.
