Mathea Stevens

Mathea Stevens is a data scientist at Baird & Associates since April 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior management on R&D activities and analyzing water quality and physical processes alongside a team of engineers and scientists. Prior experience includes a Data Science Fellowship at General Assembly Toronto, focusing on machine learning and statistical analysis. Mathea also served as a Billing and Program Support Specialist at NAV CANADA, a Communications and Events Consultant at Canada's Sport Information Resource Centre, and a Marketing and Communications Manager at Women in Communications & Technology. A former National Team Athlete, Mathea represented Canada in Modern Pentathlon. Mathea holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and a Data Science certification from General Assembly.
