Matthew Rivers is a highly experienced Senior Marine Engineer currently employed at Baird & Associates since November 2022, where contributions to the Rio Tinto project include serving as Package Engineering Manager for the design and delivery of Transshipment Shuttle Vessels. Prior to this, Matthew held roles at ExxonMobil Technology & Engineering Company from April 2022 to October 2022 as Marine Terminal Regional Tech Lead and over a nine-year tenure at ExxonMobil performed various roles including Marine Terminal Manager and Engineering Specialist Group Lead. Matthew commenced the engineering career at Ramboll UK as a Civil & Marine Engineer and previously worked as a Structural Engineer at Michael Foulkes Practice. Matthew holds a First degree in Civil & Coastal Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
