Sue Rawlinson is a skilled retail management professional with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and delivering exceptional customer service. Currently serving as General Store Manager at Baird Group since March 2023, Sue has previously held positions including Assistant Manager and Mobile Manager at Moss Bros. Group Ltd, where responsibilities included motivating teams and managing high street stores for a renowned menswear brand. Prior to this, Sue was a Retail Store Manager at Indigo Home and Gifts and at Moss Bros. for several years. Additionally, Sue has a strong foundation in early childhood education, having worked as an Early Years Practitioner at Upton Village Preschool, focusing on the educational development of young children. Sue holds a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Chester and a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from Surrey Institute of Art and Design.
