Rob Ospalik

Partner at Baird

Rob Ospalik is a Partner with Baird Capital. He is responsible for Baird Capital’s U.S. Industrial Technology & Solutions strategy, investment opportunities and oversight. He joined Baird Capital in 1999 after two years in Baird’s Investment Banking group. Prior to Baird, Rob began his career at Price Waterhouse. During his tenure at Baird Capital, Rob previously served as an investment team member, with a focus on industrial and industrial technology investments and subsequently as Co-Head of Baird Capital’s Global Portfolio Operations team, where he was responsible for U.S. and China-based operations and portfolio support resources. Rob has served as an officer or director of all U.S.-based Industrial Technology & Solutions investments for over 10 years. He serves on the board of directors of Alpha Source, New Vitality and R2i Integrated Holdings. Rob graduated with a B.S. in accounting from Washington University in St. Louis. Within the community, Rob also serves as chairman of the board of directors for the Old Town School of Folk Music, the largest community arts school in the country.
