Spencer Crawford

Spencer Crawford is a highly experienced finance professional with a progressive career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Managing Director at Baird since March 2025, Crawford previously held the same title at Greenhill & Co. and William Blair, where a diverse range of responsibilities was undertaken. Earlier roles included Vice President and Associate positions at Robert W. Baird & Co. and CapitalSource, as well as a consulting role at Navistar Inc. and various analytical positions at J.P. Morgan. Spencer Crawford holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
