Stephan-Alexis Pohl is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Technology Investment Banking and M&A at Baird since January 2022. With extensive experience in financial technology and M&A, previous roles include Vice President at Torch Partners focusing on financial technology growth financings, and as Vice President at ING specializing in financial services and fintech M&A. Additionally, Stephan-Alexis has held positions at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, MilleniumAssociates AG, Morgan Stanley, Citi, and Morgan Stanley Capital International. An angel investor since September 2021, Stephan-Alexis' academic background includes a Master’s degree in Finance from The London School of Economics and a combined Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering from ETH Zürich, alongside an exchange program at École Polytechnique in Physics/Engineering.
