Francisco Torres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, total rewards management, and sales strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at BairesDev since November 2021, Francisco has held various leadership roles including Total Rewards Director and Senior Manager. Prior to BairesDev, Francisco gained valuable experience at Nestlé in multiple positions spanning from Direct Sales Manager to Strategic Revenue Management & Pricing Manager, and also contributed to Ambev as an intern focused on performance analysis. Additional experience includes internships at Raízen and SPX Capital, as well as volunteer work as a Coordinator at Projeto Sempre Criança. Francisco holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and completed an academic exchange in Process Engineering at TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
