As Head of Agile & Digital Transformation at BairesDev, Guillermo manages the successful implementation of BairesDev´s campaigns with a specialized focus on digital transformation solutions and Agile development. He works across PMO, Sales and Technology areas providing end-to-end alignment on building, implementing and delivering the right solutions for our clients.

Guillermo has more than 15 years of experience leading multiple teams across the globe on digital implementations for the financial, manufacturing, retail, and health industries, among others.

He has studies in software engineering and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
