Luis Paiva

As SVP of People, Technology and Operations, Luis leads the company’s Client Services, Delivery, Technology, PeopleX and Executive Assistant areas. He works together with our Operations, PMO, and Staffing teams to implement the best industry practices for our clients and their projects. He is responsible for our strategic companywide focus on people, expansion, technology, productivity, and quality.

Luis possesses solid experience in service management for the tech industry and has focused his career in leading high-performing teams while fostering an open and positive work environment.

Luis holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering as well as studies in biomedical engineering.
