Ravindra Gawade

Ravindra Gawade has been serving as an Assistant Manager in Payroll and HR Services at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ravindra worked as a Senior Executive in HR at MRC Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. from October 2019 to February 2022, focusing on HR operations and the employee life cycle. Ravindra holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource, Industrial Relations, Labour Legislations, and Labour Welfare from the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, completed in April 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Deogiri College, finished in April 2014.
