Ameya Chavan

Ameya Chavan has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and HR business partnering roles. Starting their career at Cargill Foods India Ltd. as a Summer Trainee, Ameya eventually transitioned to roles at Welspun Corp Ltd. and Welspun Maxsteel Ltd. Before joining Bajaj Auto Ltd., where Ameya currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition and also leads the Talent Development initiatives. Ameya holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a B.E. in Production Engineering, and a PDPBM in Human Resource from International School of Business & Media.
