Anand Newar

Anand Newar is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, investor relations, and financial planning. Currently serving as Head of Finance (EV), Corporate Strategy, and Investor Relations at Bajaj Auto Ltd since January 2020, Anand has played a pivotal role in developing the Electric Vehicle strategy and managing investor engagements. Prior to this, Anand held various positions at IndiGo, including Chief of Staff to the CEO and Associate Director of Financial Planning & Investor Relations, where responsibilities included strategic collaboration and financial analysis. Anand also contributed to KPMG’s Investor Relations practice as a Manager and worked at Ranbaxy and DCM Shriram Ltd in roles focused on corporate decision support and investor relations. Anand holds an MBA in Finance from the International Management Institute and is a Chartered Financial Analyst from ICFAI Hyderabad.
