Apoorva Kapoor has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Apoorva started their career at Tata Motors in 2004, where they worked as a Manager of Human Resources, responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and training and development. Apoorva later moved up to become the Head of Human Resources & Strategy Deployment, leading organizational and people strategy for the company's greenfield project in Indonesia. In 2015, they joined The Kraft Heinz Company as the Head of HR for Kraft Heinz India. In 2019, Kapoor joined Zydus Wellness Ltd. as the Head of Human Resources. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources for Bajaj Consumer Care, starting in 2023.
Apoorva Kapoor completed an MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development in 2004. Prior to that, in 2002, Apoorva Kapoor obtained a Master of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of Lucknow.
