Kaushal Parikh

Kaushal Parikh has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and human resources. Kaushal most recently served as the Head of Talent Management at Bajaj Consumer Care. Prior to that, they were the Head of Learning & Development and Employee Engagement at Adani Wilmar Limited. Kaushal also held positions as the Head of Learning, OD, and Talent Management at Bajaj Allianz Life and as a Senior General Manager at Reliance Industries Ltd, where they managed the Leadership Academy. Earlier in their career, Kaushal worked at Mahindra & Mahindra Auto & Farm sector, Vodafone West Ltd., Cafe Coffee Day, and National Training & Consultancy, where they gained experience in capability building, learning and development, and human resources.

Kaushal Parikh completed an MBA in HR from Narmada College of Management from 2002-2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Narmada College of Science & Commerce from 1998-2001. Kaushal attended Bhartiya Vidhya Bhavan for high school from 1996-1998 and Queen of Angels Convent School for SSC from 1985-1995. Additionally, they have received several certifications including Certified Master Facilitator from SHRM in 2017, FIRO-B and MBTI from Anahat Organisation Development Consultancy Pvt.
