Rajesh Naik

Rajesh Naik possesses extensive experience in the electrical and lighting industries, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Business Head of Lighting Solutions at Bajaj Electricals Ltd since December 2019. Prior to this role, Rajesh held several key positions at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited from June 1992 to December 2019, including Vice President and Business Head of Lighting, where accountability for complete P&L for Lighting was managed and significant growth was achieved in the Appliances business. Earlier career experience includes a position as Senior Quality Engineer at Kaycee Industries from January 1988 to August 1990. Rajesh Naik holds an engineering degree in Electrical from New English School, K J Somaiya, completed between 1972 and 1987.
