Abhilasha is currently working as a Manager in Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits) at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited since January 2022. Prior to this, Abhilasha was a Deputy Manager in Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits) at SAIJA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED for a brief period in 2020, during which Abhilasha worked as a Summer Intern. Abhilasha completed a PGDM from Xavier Institute of Social Service in 2021 and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a specialization in Accounting from Marwari College Ranchi in 2019.
