Shaswat Mohanty

Shaswat Mohanty has over a decade of experience in the electrical engineering sector, specializing in high voltage and extra high voltage transmission lines. Currently serving as the Senior Manager (Lead) for Estimation Monopoles at Bajaj Electricals Ltd since June 2015, Shaswat has held various positions including Manager and Deputy Manager in Tendering & Marketing, as well as Assistant Manager in Project Execution. Prior to Bajaj Electricals, Shaswat worked at Aster Pvt Ltd from April 2011 to September 2015, taking on roles such as Site Engineer in Project Execution and Senior Engineer in Project Coordination for EHV Transmission Line Projects. Earlier experience includes positions at HCL Infosystems Ltd as a Network Support Engineer and as an Engineer Team Lead at Aster Tele Services Private Limited. Shaswat holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Dhaneswar Rath Institute of Engineering & Management Studies, obtained in 2007.
