Ingrid Mollan Jensen has extensive experience in product development and quality management within the food industry, currently serving as Produktutvikler/kvalitetsleder at Bakehuset AS since September 2012. Ingrid has held dual roles in the product development department and quality assurance, including a temporary position as quality manager during the period of June 2018 to May 2019 and again in spring 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Kvalitetskoordinator at Harlem Food and Diplom-Is, and as both Product Developer and Quality Leader at Bakers AS from August 2007 to February 2011. Ingrid holds a Master of Science in Food Science from NMBU - Norwegian University of Life Sciences, earned in 2007.
