Joshua Sarno

Joshua Sarno has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Joshua currently holds the position of Director, IT Solutions at Bakelite Synthetics since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as VP, IT Services at 4Cloud Services from 2021 to 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, Joshua worked at North Highland, first as a Sr. Director, IT Operations, and then as a Director, IT. During their time there, they successfully turned around challenged IT operations and implemented standardized ITIL processes, managed distributed teams and a helpdesk, and managed a significant budget. Joshua also led IT integration on multiple acquisitions and designed an all-inclusive onboarding process.

Before joining North Highland, Joshua worked at InComm as a Sr. IT Manager from 2010 to 2014. In this role, they provided leadership to a large operational team, oversaw the security and support for employees worldwide, and led IT integration on multiple acquisitions. Joshua also implemented ITIL techniques and conducted successful MS license audits.

Prior to InComm, Joshua served as the Director of Information Technology at A.C.M.I. Inc. from 2007 to 2010. In this role, they managed the IT design and support strategy for a multi-location organization and led various critical projects.

Joshua's early work experience includes working as a Manager of Field Services at TRX from 2000 to 2007.
