Thoai Tran

Thoai Tran is a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving at Bakemark USA since August 2017, Thoai Tran previously held the position of Quality Assurance Manager for Raw Materials at Amy's Kitchen, Inc. from February 2006 to October 2016. In that role, Thoai Tran managed the QA Raw Materials department, ensuring effective communication between manufacturing, planners, buyers, and suppliers, as well as overseeing laboratory operations, technician training, and supplier audits. Thoai Tran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UC Irvine, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
