Val Daigneau

Val Daigneau is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in cost accounting, inventory control, and project management. Currently serving as the Cost Accounting and Inventory Control Manager at Bake'n Joy Foods, Inc. since July 2021, Val supports leadership in identifying ROI on efficiency projects and manages monthly close transactions, including inventory reconciliation. Prior roles include Operations Finance Manager at Signature Breads, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing project financials and liaising with the manufacturing team on automation initiatives, along with previous positions at Pillsbury/General Mills across various operational and logistical domains. Val's career began in the US Army, where duties ranged from programming to instruction, complemented by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree from Lesley University.
